Once the retainer deposit has been paid, we can then set your first mediation session based on the availability of you and your spouse, which we will confirm by email as to the date and time of the scheduled session. We use software to enable the online mediation sessions, and we will provide you simple instructions about how to download such software on your computer.

Once such software has been downloaded and it is confirmed that all your microphone, webcam, and speakers are all working, we are ready for your first mediation session!

When the mediation session starts, you and your spouse and the mediator will all be able to see each other on your computer monitor or tablet, as well as have the ability to type messages to each other!
